- Complete Closers will confirm all closing requests by phone or e-mail within one hour of the request.
- Complete Closers will always send properly trained and certified Closing Agents.
- Complete Closers can accept closing documents via e-mail, overnight or we can pick-up from your office.
- Complete Closers will fax documents for funding (if needed and if a fax machine is available at the closing location).
- Complete Closers will handle all problems with closings and/or closers in a professional manner (including the possibility of a reduction in fees and/or not allowing a closer to handle any future closings for your organization).
